Exciting News for Fort Myers!  San Carlos Hotel is seeking contracting services on their Fort Myers projects as they move towards construction in 2024.

The scope of work for the San Carlos CT. site calls for a gorgeous, modern hotel that would include up to 60+ rooms , as well as many luxury amenities.

As we focus on economic development and Leisure in Fort Myers, we are seeking experienced, professional, license and insured contractors that have the desire and strive toward excellence. This project aligns with our goals to bring quality construction, jobs and tourism closer to our community. 

Presently we are seeking Concrete Contractors for all structural and metal work.  Other professionals needed, site, utility, stucco, drywall, metal framing and many other trades.
